The Lamar Advantage Stride Well 4450 will give you the perfect total body workout. The only con is the price because these units can cost upwards of $4,000 new.
Many professional gyms and rehabilitation centers use the Stridewell 4450, but now with a new industry emerging, people can enjoy this fitness equipment.
One suggestion would be that instead of buying new commercial fitness equipment, get a quality used commercial exercise machine. When buying used you can sometimes save up to 50% or more, just make sure the company is reputable and has been in business for a few years.
