Trampoline Jump Board – Perfect Off-Season Activity

Do you live snowboarding or skateboarding? Are you completely discouraged when the seasons change and you can no longer enjoy the board sport you love in its typical setting? Thanks to the invention of the trampoline, there is now an easy way for board sports athletes to stay in shape and learn new tricks even when the sun is shining or the lake is frozen. Using a vault board takes the sport of trampoline jumping to a whole new level and allows intermediate athletes to become experts even when they can’t get out and ride.

In case you’ve never heard of a trampoline board before, it’s a unique trampoline accessory that needs to be strapped to your feet while you bounce. The board is similar in weight to a typical skateboard or snowboard, and allows you to practice jumping and turning while experiencing the sensation of carrying the board with you during the trick. This is not a trampoline accessory for the beginning trampoline jumper, as it takes some time to get used to landing with your feet strapped to the same rigid piece of equipment.

If you are going to use a trampoline board to jump on your structure, it is important to ensure that you have taken all possible precautions for your safety. Even jumping up and down on a trampoline has some risks if you’re not careful. First, the trampoline must be securely attached to the ground so that jumping over the edge or descending from the structure does not cause a tipping motion that can cause injury or damage to the frame. Trampoline anchor kits can be purchased at most trampoline supply stores or websites, and install much like tent tie-downs.

Another important trampoline accessory that you should install before using your trampoline is a trampoline net. If you’re using a jump board, you’ll probably be interested in doing some high tricks, spins, and flips. While these are the most entertaining trampoline tricks, they also require you to take your seat off the trampoline mat, even if it’s just for a few seconds. The nets act as an enclosure, making sure that even if you land in an awkward position, you will never land outside of the springy surface of the trampoline. Always pay attention to the trampoline owner’s rules and never bounce with more than one person on the trampoline at a time.
