My experiments with stuttering

I have been a stutterer since childhood and have done numerous interesting studies and experiments to conquer it. I think I am now at a stage where I can share my findings. My goal would be to collect my study in book form in the future, but I don’t have much effort now, so I’ll write down the key points in this article.

Stuttering or stammering is not the malfunction or imbalance of one or more organs in the body. Never think that you can cure stuttering if you talk with your mouth wider or if you breathe in a controlled way, etc. etc..

Stuttering is also not a psychological disorder that can be controlled by training the mind to behave in a certain way. Don’t think that if you can control your emotions, you can cure your stutter.

Stuttering is basically a holistic health (body and mind) imbalance. You need holistic treatment. To improve and acquire effortless and pleasant speech, free of stutters, I tried the following:

Homeopathy: Homeopathy has great power but it is equally dangerous if it is not administered with precision. I learned homeopathy to a great extent and experimented a lot with myself. I know that he had ultimately contributed to my cure. I would recommend it only if you consult a real homeopathy guru who gives your case enough time.

physiotherapy: It is a high priority to balance our outer body. I highly recommend everyone meet with an experienced physical therapist and have their body checked for weaknesses. Honestly do the exercises I teach you.

food clothing: I became a vegetarian and I think it helped me.

Alcohol / Nicotine: I stopped all this and I think it helped in the long run. Although the cigarette seemed to soften the voice temporarily, it worsens the stuttering in the long run.

Swimming: Helped initially but didn’t help long term.

Morning walk / Jugging: It helps a lot! One of the main recommendations.

Spirituality: Inevitable. I read and practice the teachings of Eckhart Tolle. The two books – the “Power of Now” and “The Stillness Speaks” help me understand reality in real perspective. I have neatly narrated my views on spirituality in my free e-book “The True Foundations of Life”. Highly recommended to everyone.

Bach Flower Remedies:He helped a lot! I have tried a number of Bach flower remedies on myself and found them highly effective. But again, you have to try almost everything and see the effects on yourself.

student attitude: I’ve noticed that every time I start to feel like I’ve completely overcome my stuttering, it comes right back at me. Therefore, always having a learner attitude is important.

I believe that an experiment on oneself using the above tips can be cured. I will recommend starting from Bach flowers Y morning walk. Some alternative treatments like acupuncture can also be tried, but I haven’t tried them yet.
