Excess stomach fat is not only ugly, but extremely dangerous for your health

Did you know that many Western countries have populations where more than 70% are considered obese? Everyone knows that excess fat on the stomach is not only ugly. But what many people don’t know is that it can be extremely dangerous for your health. This excess abdominal fat is what prevents your abs from becoming visible and showing off your body.

No one wants a dangerous risk factor hanging over their head. Scientific studies have been conducted and have come to the direct conclusion that excess fat on the stomach is not only unhealthy, but it can be particularly dangerous to have excess fat in the abdominal region.

Going deeper into the subject we found that there are two types of stomach fat. The first type is called subcutaneous fat. This refers to the fat that covers the abdominals and is located directly under the skin that lies over the stomach muscles.

Deep below your stomach muscles is the second type of stomach fat called visceral fat. This fat can surround the organs. This particular type of fat is the type that gives the “beer belly” look in men. A “beer belly” is a term used for men who look excessively fat but have stomachs that feel a little hard when pushed.

Both visceral and subcutaneous fat in the stomach region can greatly increase the risks of serious diseases such as:
• Diabetes
• Heart disease
• High blood pressure
• Race
• Cancer
• And more

Both types of fat can cause these increased risks of serious problems caused by abdominal fat to be dangerous, but studies show that visceral fat in particular may be even more dangerous than sub-fat. One reason behind this that makes it more dangerous is that visceral fat can release a constant stream of inflammatory molecules into the body, 24 hours a day!

Very popular in the 20th century of Western civilization is a diet consisting of a large amount of carbohydrates. This is directly related to the reason why people accumulate more visceral fat in the stomach. Spending years putting in high amounts of starch and sugar causes inappropriate insulin activity that leads to more sugar being stored in the blood. A particularly high risk to your body comes from high fructose corn syrup. This is a major contributor to all forms of fat, especially visceral.

Don’t shorten your life with these stomach fats. If you care about your family and loved ones or your quality of life, reduce your stomach fat immediately! This should be a top priority.

An attractive side effect of reducing stomach fat levels is that not only will your stomach flatten, but if you lose enough belly fat, you can finally see those ripped abs and show off your body for a change.

So how can I get rid of both types of stomach fat?

One downside to fitness is that there is absolutely NO quick fix to your problem. Forget all the gimmicks and hype you see advertised for miracle fat loss supplements. The pills don’t work. Don’t even try bulky ab rollers or ab belts to get rid of stomach fat faster because they really just get rid of your money fast. Also, there is no such thing as blemish reduction, which is what these products lead you to believe.

There is only one solution. You must learn to combine a healthy, nutritious diet with a well-designed exercise program. A diet consisting of naturally unprocessed foods and a strategic training plan will ensure proper stimulation is provided to the hormonal force and in turn the metabolic response within your body. These two factors are equally important to get rid of this abdominal fat.

There are studies isolating groups of dieters versus dieters and exercisers to compare which groups lose more belly fat. The diet and exercise group lost significantly MORE stomach fat than the diet alone groups.

One important thing to keep in mind is that there is a lot of junk and fluff out there that just doesn’t work. People exercise all the time, but what many of them don’t realize is that while they think they are using a good routine, their routines ARE NOT working efficiently or effectively for their goals of losing stubborn belly fat. You see it every day at the gym.

The most common mistakes are when people do their hour of moderate cardio followed by some isolation weight lifting and then add some crunches or lateral pushups to the end of their routine. After a few weeks, they feel frustrated that their hard work hasn’t paid off. No results.

I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that hard or complicated and results can come faster. I have spent over a decade researching things on this topic. I have applied this scientific research to thousands of my clients to not only eliminate abdominal fat but also sculpt the bodies they have always wanted.

Personal research shows me that the 2 most important things to get rid of visceral fat are:

1. Control blood sugar to restore proper insulin and metabolic functioning through the use of proper nutrition. Reducing starches and sugars and eliminating harmful highly processed foods like high fructose corn syrup will be a main focus. Then refocus on including healthy fats from sources like nuts, seeds, olive oil, organic eggs, and avocados. The increase in fiber and protein is vitally important. The government recommends diets high in unnatural grains and other things that do nothing to control blood pressure or control fat levels. Carbohydrate sources should have more vegetables and fruits to get more fiber.

2. To help increase metabolism, we use forms of high-intensity exercise and full-body workouts. Low intensity cardio is simply not effective at removing our visceral fat. The high intensity alternatives that I recommend are much more effective at getting the job done. Your body will become more efficient at managing glucose and insulin, crucial steps in getting rid of stomach fat. Full body workouts with high intensity interval training will increase the natural hormones that are responsible for burning fat and increasing muscle mass.

Stop wasting time letting stomach fat shorten your life and the quality of your life with the diseases they inhibit.
