When it comes to losing weight, most people always look for the shortcut: the quickest way to lose those pounds. There are many exercise plans, diets, and programs out there that promise to help you lose weight fast. However, faster does not always mean better. Some people will joke that the best exercise to lose weight is whatever exercise you do. To some extent, that’s a very accurate statement.
