Diet, Fat Loss, and Whey Protein

Take a moment and ask yourself all the reasons why a person works. Of course, one of the biggest reasons we all work is to get more money, to be able to pay for our necessities, luxuries, and live a fuller life. We buy televisions, cars, electronics, designer clothes, go out to restaurants, buy expensive vacation packages, and more in the hope of breaking free from the daily grind and drifting into something bigger. The truth is that these emotions never last because most of the things in our lives are unnecessary and only affect us in a relatively small way. But, when it comes to diet and exercise, we move to a new plane of existence. Having better health and a sexier, more powerful physique affects almost every element of your life. Would you be willing to pay 50, 100 or 200 dollars a month for that!? Hell yeah! I would and I’m sure you would too. Heck, that’s not even the cost of an iPhone.

With that being said, one of the keys to getting your sexy physique is diet. In truth, diet is 50% of the equation, so it can make or break you! There are plenty of reviewers out there who say either eat this or don’t eat that, but when it comes to a simple answer, most just shrug their shoulders and go into lazy mode. In reality, if you want to lose fat you have to burn more calories than you consume in food for that day. Now for most men their BMI is around 2000-2500 calories per day. This means that you can eat 2000-2500 calories a day and not gain weight, in theory. Here’s what they don’t tell you: Those calories need to be divided into 6-7 small meals because the human body can’t burn more than 100-150 calories per hour without physical activity (exercise). If you eat 800 calories for breakfast, 800 calories for lunch, and 800 calories for dinner, congratulations you chubby bastard, you’ve just put on more fat for the day! Instead, divide these calories into 6-7 small meals and aim for 300-400 calories per meal. This way, you won’t have enough calories to turn into fat, and your body will burn the calories from food before your next meal arrives. Applause please! Thanks.

Last but not least, you should always make sure you are getting the recommended daily amount of protein. Doctors have said for years not to eat too much protein, but this goes for high-cholesterol proteins like beef. Probably the best way to ensure success and save yourself a huge headache is to open your tight wallet and get whey protein. Hey! Whey protein is basically powdered cow’s milk with a higher percentage of amino acids. In other words, it’s big kid breast milk. Plus, women get amazing results when they supplement with whey protein. After all, ‘milk does the body good’. (Remember that old catchphrase?) With whey protein, egg whites, chicken breast, fish, and a bit of beef, your body fat will literally starve and have to eat itself to survive. What does that mean? You guessed it!
