According to the dictionary, an insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government. We’ve only seen a little violence to date, it’s hard to tell what time will bring. The very popular Wikipedia says that an insurgency is a rebellion against authority when those who participate in the rebellion are not recognized as belligerents. That definition seems to fit a little better to what is happening in the United States.
Oakland, California Mayor Libby Schaaf was recently notified by ‘credible sources’ of an upcoming Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid in her city. So the good mayor did what any unrecognized belligerent would do…she notified members of her community about the upcoming raid. She told Fox News that she didn’t do it to “panic” the residents about her but to “protect” them.
In her defense, she is from California, she is following the example of the Marxist leader, Governor Brown, who has declared all of California a sanctuary state. Does it make you wonder where our Attorney General, Mr. Sessions, is on the subject? It would seem that both are committing serious crimes. Let’s take a look at some federal statutes.
8 USC § 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii)
Any person who knowingly or recklessly disregards the fact that an alien has come, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection. detection, such foreigner in any place, including any building or any means of transportation, shall be punished as provided in (B).
The keywords here would seem to me to be, well, the entire paragraph. Let’s see what it says below (B)?
8 USC § 1324(a)(1)(B)(ii)
A person who violates (A) shall, for each alien with respect to whom such violation occurs in the event of a violation of (A)(ii), (iii), (iv) or (v)(II) ), be fined under title 18, imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.
My God, if they punished those two for ‘every’ alien helped, they’d be under jail, not in it. My question is, what photos do you have of Jeff Sessions that prompts him to recuse himself from the epic Russian investigation, drag his feet on the myriad Clinton scandals, and when it comes to Sanctuary States and Cities…the cat? he got the tongue out of it.

Now we better look up from the big screen, our President is waist deep in the swamp, fighting Marxist creatures on all sides and the Deep State minions are plugging the holes as fast as he opens them. As we pass the time on Pinterest, the left keeps marching on. It’s like a story I heard years ago about a breakfast of bacon and eggs. When you think about it, the chicken contributed to the meal, but the pork was compromised. Newsflash, the Marxist, leftist, Democrat and progressive cabal is compromised. We are in the midst of a full blown insurgency fueled by the people of the totalitarian world government. Will you contribute to our failure or will you be totally committed to saving the Republic? Nothing less will do.
