Another addition to the Alchemy arsenal is the Northrend Alchemy Research, which allows players to learn a new recipe every seven days. The idea of this is to help players obtain more rare recipes, while also obtaining rare elixirs and flasks as a result.
However, it should be noted that this ability is not automatic, so you must remember to use it once the cooldown ends every seven days.
