Network Marketing Providing a Service

Network marketing is one of the most effective online ways to sell products and provide a service to others. Most successful network marketers have a strong belief, commitment, and value.

The core principle and function is to provide a service to others, if you help enough people to get what they want, eventually you will get what you want. This is why you need a strong belief and commitment to make it work.

Since 1949, when the first Nutrille company (a California-based dietary supplement company) realized the potential of creating a network of distributors who were paid a percentage of sales and generating growth for the company.

It was only in the late 1950’s that 2 leading distributors parted ways due to problems with internal management and lack of leadership. Although united by their commitment to the people they had brought into the business, they formed a partnership and established a direct selling network company that operated in more than 50 countries and controlled 10% of total annual sales in a global market.

The two partners were Rich DeVos and Jay Van Andel and the company was The Amway Corporation.

Its founding principle was service to others, duplication, leadership, integrity, fairness, and justice. Which led them to devise an entirely new business philosophy and marketing plan.

His main philosophy was to create a sense of security and well-being that could strengthen family values and bring balance to their lives. These were, Mental (work for yourself and have an income), Emotional (be part of something that grows with you), Physical (take the products) and Spiritual (develop your contribution).

This is still true for a networking business today as well as a physical one, unless you are involved with a health product. (Which still appears to be a popular product choice on the market). You must be committed to continuous learning and developing new skills, business and personal, along the way.
